why should promises of charity/goodwill have anything to do with the amount of reblogs/retweets your post regarding the charity in question, gets? example:

“for every reblog/retweet of this post, i’ll donate x amount of cents/dollars/whatever to x organization.” 

if you want to donate your money, you’re more than capable of doing it without being fucking gimmicky and crass about it. just do it. nobody needs to know about it nor do you need to seek their approval. how about instead of waiting for 100+ people to reblog for a 10 cent per reblog donation, you just save your time and file that $10 dollar gift already?
